India recently introduced a ban on smoking in public places and this security guard must have thought that he was above the law. If only such disregard of law was punished everywhere.
An Indian security guard performs sit-ups in Mumbai as a punishment for failing to stop smoking on the premises of a commercial complex. India has just banned smoking in public places.
